Sermorelin is a 29-amino-acid fragment of growth hormone-releasing hormone — the shortest GHRH analogue that retains full biological activity. It was previously marketed in the US as Geref for pediatric growth hormone deficiency diagnostics before being discontinued for commercial reasons (not safety). Its short half-life requires more frequent dosing than newer analogues, but it remains one of the most commonly stocked GH peptides across vendors.
